We are the eyes and ears of BCS and more broadly GTIS, operating our global service desk, onsite support and techbars. When it doesn’t work out we have a team in place ready to react to turn a negative experience into a positive one. Our VIP team create our ‘white glove’ service where it is really important. We aim to build strong partnerships across technology through great Service and Inspire our colleagues through our passion to get it right.
Operational Improvement – contribute to the strategic and tactical improvement portfolio
They are responsible for all data analysis to support service initiatives.
Accountable for service on an end to basis to ensure there is an integrated approach between support and product
Helps establish the business’ repeated issues and identify root cause
Facilitate the end to end support to colleagues
Ensure that dependencies on services are managed effectively.
Maintain a good knowledge of current practice and awareness of current developments within own area(s) of expertise.
Improve service levels and the service management experience
