They have an opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic, confident person who has professional telephone manner and is driven to succeed within the industry. Based in Cheltenham this is a full-time position with hours 11.30am to 19.30pm Mon - Fri and one in three Saturday mornings 8.30am - 12.30pm. Not only on offer is a competitive salary but an uncapped commission.
Responsibilities to include;
·Take inbound and outbound calls across the 8 branches, allocating all calls efficiently and effectively.
·Responsible for all web-based sales enquiries ensuring they are dealt with
·Book appointments with the service departments across all 8 branches.
·You will be responsible for the marketing of their products and services.
Skills and experience to include;
·Have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to make customers feel at ease on the telephone.
·Be enthusiastic and dedicated to always meet daily requirements and exceptional levels of customer service always.
·Be committed, with a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team.
·Work in a timely fashion, sometimes under pressured circumstances or tight time frames.
·Be self-motivated and complete the workload.
·Be a confident communicator that will develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers to maximize bookings and sales.
·Be eager to learn new skills and tasks whilst developing knowledge of products and in-house systems.
·Have a good standard of spelling, grammar, numeracy and keyboard skills.
