We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to continue the development of our Welcome Host and Bookings team and support them to create fantastic experiences for our customers. As Customer Experience Team Supervisor, you’ll need to be a good leader, be professional in your outlook, set very high standards and have a knack for staff supervision.

You'll need an inquisitive, analytical and organised mind, be able to plan, prioritise and manage your time effectively and have a talent for working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced working environment. You will need good communication, listening & coaching skills, have excellent decision-making skills & problem-solving abilities and have an outgoing and energetic attitude.

You’ll work with the venue management team to constantly review and improve the processes and procedures to ensure the team is at their most effective and have the support and best systems to provide excellent customer service.

You’ll need a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and be good at learning new systems.

But what’s vital is your real desire and willingness to develop yourself and others and a friendly, flexible attitude. 

This post will involve shift work and weekend working.
