Customer Security Assurance Manager - 000000204924Job Title - Customer Security Assurance ManagerLocation: Newbury HQCompany OverviewGroup Enterprise Security (GES) mission is protect Vodafone Group Enterprise, its people, customers, assets, data, its revenue.GES will ensure the internal security posture of Group Enterprise is maintained to the level demanded by Vodafone Group security policy. It will also ensure that the services that we deliver to our Group Enterprise customers are secure and delivered to their defined or contracted service level agreementAs the Customer Asssurance Manager, you will report to the Customer Security Services Senior Manager, and will be directly accountable for coordinating and managing Customer Assurance activities – this includes internal security audits (against customer contracts, Vodafone’s requirements, and relevant external standards), supplier security audits, managing customer invoked security audits and reviewing customer account security delivery to determine the effectiveness and implementation of Vodafone security policies and control framework.You will build strongand effective working relationships with all Group Enterprise Security (GES) stakeholder, Group Technology Security Compliance, Vodafone Product Management and Customer Account teams.You will be accountable for the development and implementation of the audit plans, schedules and methodology documentation; ensuring it is understood and adhered to by all relevant stakeholders – communicating and controlling the audit engagement and delivery processes, as well as providing timely reporting, driving improvements to the audit plans, customer account delivery, and Vodafone’s security posture.As this is a management role, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills – you will be responsible for a team of auditors; of which your duties will include setting objectives, appraisals and performance development. Key accountabilities and decision ownership:• Delivery of the GES Audit Plan,Schedules, Audit Processes, Templates and other such documentation• Management of all audit and assurance activities• Management reporting of status of planned audit activites – providing dashboards to GES leadership team• Owns the  non-compliance database – following up on actions through to closure with owners• Team management – objective setting, conducting appraisals and initiating performance development Core competencies, knowledge and experience:• Proven experience in internal/external audits, experience in telecommunications or managed (cloud) services, managed service business required• Experience of security policies and standards (e.g. ISO2700x, GDPR, NIST, COBIT, etc.); including a broad understanding of technical information and cyber security infrastructures and implementationMust have technical / professional qualifications: (must have at least 1 of the following, but ideally at least 2)Lead Internal Auditor / Implementer to ISO27001 / ISO9001Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)Certified in Risk & Information Systems Control (CRISC)Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)What is the key to our success?
