We are working with an expanding Financial Services Organisation based in Glasgow who are looking for someone that can bring their positive attitude and strong customer service skills to join their flourishing team.

What do you need to apply?

We are looking for someone who can prioritise and manage a busy workload, deliver an excellent customer experience whilst anticipating and understanding customer needs. Candidates will come from a customer orientated background and will have experience working within a financially regulated environment.

What should you expect?

You will handle all customer requests and queries promptly via the various communication channels including, telephone, email and letter. Delivery of an exceptional level of customer service is key whilst ensuring the highest standards are always maintained. You will be responsible for accurately logging all customer calls and communications on the system whilst ensuring all customer data is maintained to the GDPR requirements. As this role is within a financial services organisation you will also be required to abide by company policies in line with the FCA regulations. This is a fast-paced role, however you will be able to unleash you full potential and demonstrate your passion for customer service all within a supportive workplace.

Hours:

Flexibility is required 5 out of 7 days between the hours of:

Monday - Friday: 8am - 8pm

Saturday & Sunday: 9am - 6pm

Working 35 hours a week
