Here's a fantastic opportunity to work for a high-end retailer based in their head office in Maidenhead. The lucky candidate will be an experienced customer service provider who is keen to provide an excellent service, support and information for their customers and sales teams. Our client is offering a very competitive salary of £24k with various other competitive benefits.

Daily tasks will include:

. To deal promptly with all customer inquiries and responding within reasonable and agreed timescales.

. To ensure customers are given accurate and precise information relating to their communication. This can be on parts availability, price inquiries and technical questions.

. To take and input sales orders and material orders for products from any of the Company’s brands, ensuring documentation is completed and correct. Attention to detail is important.

. Using product knowledge and learning the processes Customer Service abide by, you must be confident in communicating this to a variety of customers, with a view to improving customer relations at all times.

. To assist with other duties as the demands of the business dictate.

. Respond to section email inquiries.
