Description

Customer Service/ Administrator

Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex

Salary: £20,000PA

Hours: Monday - Friday 9 - 5:30pm.

Main duties:


- Responsible for answering the main business number
- Answer inbound customer enquiries
- Deal with any customer queries
- Respond to customer emails
- Raise and send electronic invoices
- Filing invoices
- Data entry
- Keeping a timesheet each morning

Requirements:


- Must have good telephone manner
- Must know how to use basic word and excel
- Must have good English and grammar
