Reed Business Support is once again representing one of East Lancashire’s leading suppliers in finding a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. It's a varied role and you will work closely with our Account Managers to support their customers with general enquiries, orders and pricing information and organising samples.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can maintain a positive and calm outlook whilst working under pressure. You’ll have a desire to provide exceptional customer service and have strong attention to detail.
What the job involves:
- Answering incoming calls from a variety of channels
- Handling enquiries via phone and email, advising customers on bespoke products, resolving problems
- Processing orders and giving pricing information
- Supporting Account Managers
- General office administration
