Customer Service Administrator

Are you an efficient administrator with a keen eye for detail? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment with hustle and bustle?

If so this role could be for you! My Bradford based client is looking to take on 2 additional Customer Service Administrators to aid with a growing workload. Working hour can be wither 8:30- 4:30 or a 9-5 and involves Saturday working on a rota basis.

As the Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Preparing and updating shipping paperwork
- Issuing paperwork for missing or damaged stock items
- Issuing dispatch notes
- Order processing
- Internal Purchasing requests
- Promoting internal and external working relationships

In return my client offers:

- A salary of 18,000 increasing to 21,000 after probation
- Free Health Care plan after 6 months
- Pension
- Parking on site
