An award-winning organisation are looking for a customer focused individual to join their UK Head Office based in Hatfield. This is a temporary role, however there would be long term opportunities available.


Temporary Customer Service Administrator - Job Overview


Key duties:


- Interacting with customers via email in regards to their orders

- Advising on service and delivery queries

- Providing excellent customer service

- Prioritising constantly, using initiative and resolving complex issues

- Extensive liaison with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues

- Problem solving and coping within a fast paced environment

- Logging data correctly onto a system


Temporary Customer Service Administrator - Required Skills and Experience


As Customer Service Executive you will have:


- You must be available for an immediate start to be considered for this role

- Previous customer service experience is an advantage

- Confidence dealing with customers queries

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong team player with a real desire to learn and develop
