Customer Service Administrator, £20,000 – £22,000 dependant on experience

Permanent

Monday to Friday, 9.00 – 17.00

Outskirts of Thetford, Norfolk

Due to company growth our Client is seeking a Full time Customer Service Administrator to join their team on the outskirts of Thetford, Norfolk.

Please note due to location personal transport is required.

Key Tasks

· Liaising with Customers

· Order Processing

· Logistics

· Report Writing

· Investigating complaints and recording them on in – house system

· Dealing with Customer enquiries

Skills and Experience required

· Must be fully literate in all Microsoft Office Suites

· Must have excellent communication skills

· Must be able to work under pressure

· Must be able to problem solve and investigate skills
