Successful manufacturing business operating from modern factory/offices seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Sales Advisor who will provide an outstanding and consistent level of service to the business’s customers.

The successful candidate will be confident communicating with customers, answering inbound calls and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner. You will ensure that every communication is both a positive and professional experience.

This is a fast-paced environment with a hard-working, but fun and friendly team. You will play an integral part in building relationships with customers and retaining customer loyalty by delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key duties of the role include:

* Raising sales quotations,

* Answering the Sales telephone and giving product quotations.

* Assisting customers with order enquiries.

* Dealing with Couriers, Carriers and Area Sales Managers.

* Chasing and Updating Projects and Quotations.

* Assisting with raising orders if time permits.

* General Office duties.

We seek prior Customer Service experience within an office environment together with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate well in writing and orally at all levels in a friendly and professional manner, providing a high and consistent level of customer service at all times.

You should be a competent user of Excel, Word and CRM systems, work accurately in an organised manner and have a close eye for detail. The ability to multi task and prioritise in a busy environment is also essential.

Any experience of export in a Customer Service environment would be advantageous.
