Responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator:
* Cash Allocation
* Posting to customer accounts
* Logging Customer Claims
* Raising Credit Notes
* Checking Billing has been completed and accurate
* Releasing Credit Blocks
* Creating Customer Accounts
* General Admin duties to be carried out in a timely manner
* Accurate recording of all transactions
* Retrieving audit documentation
Essential duties as a Customer Service Administrator:
* AR/Sales Ledger Experience
* GCSE educated or above
* AR Background
* IT Literate
* Good Communicator
* Hardworking
* Team Player
* Quick learner
* Manufacturing Business
