We're hiring for our client a leading multi-brand online retailer and are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors in Sheffield. With a salary of £17,870 you will also be entitled to other additional employee benefits.

You will be the first point of contact supporting customers with orders, collections, queries from statement to complaints, to lost orders and product queries. This provides a rewarding platform for enthusiastic and results focused individuals to develop and enhance personal skills. The department is a fast paced, ever changing and dynamic environment.
