Description

Working as part of the Customer Service Team, you will be supporting our customer base with day to day questions surrounding our products and services. You will be calm under pressure, methodical in your approach and a great team player. An exceptional attention to detail is a must. My client use a number of different systems and you will be updating and adding notes after each contact with the customer. There is a live chat function on the website, which allows people to talk to us in real-time via a chat window. Being a competent typist is a must!
