Customer Service Advisor

Are you a dedicated customer service professional looking for their next challenge?

Due to business based growth our Bradford client is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic customer service advisor to join their growing team. This is an exacting opportunity with full onsite product training

In your role you will responsible for taking inbound calls , using your superior service skills to resolve any complaints, processing orders and dealing with general queries. You will be responsible for accurately logging calls and maintaining the company database as well as building rapport with customers on a daily basis.

The working hours are 8:30-4:30 with a half hour for lunch. You will also be required to work Saturdays on a rota system with a day off during the week.

In return for the above our client offers a salary of 18,500, pension and healthcare as well as subsidised parking.
