- Managing only inbound calls from existing customers. There is no outbound calling within this job role and you will not be dealing with new business calls.
- Absolutely zero sales in the position. There is no up selling, you are simply there to provide a 5* service to your customers
- Structured and realistic targets based around the Service to your customers. There is also an opportunity for bonus (£200 a month) based on the feedback scores from your customers.
- In addition to managing the inbound flow, you will also be responding to social media and live web chat queries. This is an extremely multi-faceted position where no 2 queries will ever be the same. Additional Benefits Include:
