Your new company My client are a market leading logistics business supporting organisations across the UK and beyond. They are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join one of their premier account management teams on an ongoing temporary basis.

Your new role you will be the first point of contact for the customers sites. You will handle and resolve the customers enquiries in a professional manner, whilst ensuring that you operate within the contractual agreement guidelines at all times.

What you'll need to succeed You will need first class customer service skills, particularly a professional telephone manner. You will need to be comfortable working to targets and ensuring that the highest level of service is achieved.
Your working pattern will be 5 days out of 7, 37.5 hours a week, and will include some weekends on a rota basis, so please only apply if you are able to fulfil this shift pattern.
