Shift/Hours: 37.5 hours per week working a 6 week rotational shift pattern:
Week 1. Mon & Sat Off. Tues, Wed, Thurs & Fri 6am - 2pm. Sun 3pm - 11pm
Week 2. Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri & Sat 8am - 4pm. Thurs & Sun OFF
Week 3. Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri & Sun 9pm - 5pm. Wed & Sat OFF
Week 4. Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs & Sat 10am - 6pm. Fri & Sun OFF
Week 5. Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri & Sun 11am - 7pm. Tues & Sat OFF
Week 6. Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri & Sat 3pm - 11pm. Thurs & Sun OFF

Who will I be working for?
You'll be working for Capita, but in partnership with First Group, a leading transport operator in the UK and North America that, In the last year alone, 2.1 billion passengers have relied on to get to work, school or college, visit family and friends or go travelling/sightseeing. As you can imagine, a lot goes on behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. And, should you join our Ticket Sales team as a Customer Services Advisor, you'll be at the heart of it all as you help start lots of people's journeys every day.
What will I be doing?
You'll be dealing with customers from around the country and booking tickets across the whole UK Rail Network. One minute you might be helping to organise the best route for someone looking to visit a relative, the next, taking a payment over the phone or transferring someone through to a department that can help with other enquiries. Customers could be disabled or older and looking for specialist assistance, someone travelling by train for the first time in a while or a rush-hour commuter wanting the low down on disruptions. All sorts really. In short, get ready for plenty of variety.
