Customer Service Representative

Your new company
My client, a National Public Sector organisation based in Glasgow city centre, is looking for a temporary customer service administrator to join their busy and growing team.
Based in the heart of the city centre, they are a fantastic organisation to work for.

Your new role
This specific role is a temporary customer service role where your key duties will include:

Taking inbound calls from public
Processing information through in house systems
Update and maintain online systems in line with internal processes
Drafting accurate responses and documentation for approval by senior colleagues
Accurate, concise and courteous communication with stakeholders
Conducting reviews of supplier data
Other general ad hoc office tasks

This is a temporary role for 6 months but potentially could be extended depending on client needs and performance.

This role will be paying a competitive hourly rate and the hours of work are Monday
- Friday, 9am
- 5pm.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have prior experience working in a similar role and be comfortable with high volume workloads.
In addition to this you must be comfortable dealing with clients of all levels, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to produce accurate documentation to deadline.

Due to the urgent nature of my clients requirement, you must be immediately available for interview.
