Job: Customer Service and Telecoms Executive

Location: Burnham

Salary: £18,500 - £24,000

Main Responsibilities:


- Respond to customer queries via telephone and email, logging all correspondence
- Providing 1st class customer service
- Provide 1st and 2nd line
- Process all service orders and deal with any customer queries and complaints

Key Skills:


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a busy team environment
- Understanding and anticipating customers’ needs and requirements

Experience:


- Telecoms experience is desirable
- Customer Service experience is essential
