We are recruiting for a number of exciting, newly created Customer Service roles as part of a new service that we are bringing into the SPXFLOW Shared Service Centre in Didsbury, South Manchester. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for quotations, sales order management, expediting orders and keeping track of the logistics process, delivery management, query management by phone and email and related reporting. This role will be a key interface for external customers and is responsible for ensuring that they receive the best possible customer experience.

We are looking for passionate and motivated customer service professionals who are eager to be part of something new that they can help to shape and grow. You will be a confident and enthusiastic communicator with excellent customer relations skills and a proven background in a customer service role, preferably in a Shared Services environment. Having an understanding of the end to end commercial process; quotations, orders and how it all works and fits together would be advantageous. You will be organised, with strong attention to detail and able to work under pressure and at a fast pace. You will be IT savvy with knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system and have strong MS Office skills. We require fluent Danish language speakers for these roles.
