Customer Service/ Career Advisor/ Office Admin (European Language Speaker)

Job Role:


- Counselling students applying for Higher Education courses
- Generating referrals from existing students
- Collecting documents and updating CRM
- Helping the Key Accounts team with university applications
- Helping students in preparing for tests
- Assisting with field sales team
- Organise Office
Core Duties:


- Recording data and following processes
- Help in process building
- Consulting and convincing customers
- Generating Leads
- Training for interviews
- Organising Office
- Tele Calling - no cold calls
Required Skills:


- Must speak at least one of the European Language fluent - Romanian/Polish/Greek/German/Spanish/French/Portuguese/Hungarian
- 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Extremely organised
- Stretch extra hours during busy periods
- Ability to work under pressure
- Secondary school completion – Degree preferred
Work Hours: Monday to Friday – 10:00 to 18:00; Saturday: 11 to 4
