With a real ‘can-do’ approach to work and an exceptional telephone manner, the Customer Service Executive is fundamental in the effective communications between our highly regarded Tunbridge Wells based client and their customers.
As a personable communicator, the Customer Service Executive will take inbound calls from clients, speaking in a professional, friendly manner, directing calls to the appropriate person. In addition to this, all administrative tasks would need to be completed including the updating and maintaining of the database.
To be successful, applicants will need a B grade in Maths GCSE and combine this excellent communication skills and the ability to ‘muck in’ with the team.
