Our client, client'sservice team are looking or enthusiastic people who is willing to learn, is flexible, adaptable and interested in a career in business administration and sales. Must be highly motivated and have the drive to succeed with strong verbal communication.

Responsibilities :


- Ability to Multitask
- Scheduling appointments
- Calling Clients / Customer (not cold calling i.e. making sure photographers appointments booked in etc.)
- Admin Support
- Emailing Letters and dealing with enquiries.
- Working with the sales team
- Managing CRM System
- Call Handling
- Delivering exceptional customer service to existing and new clients on inbound calls and emails
- Building relationships and supporting other areas of the business as and when required
- Ad-hoc project work and activities as they arise Must have Skills:


- Experience with MS packages particularly word and excel.
- Excellent Telephone Manner is essential
- Ability to communicate all levels.
