Salary: £17,218 (earning up to £18,939 with bonus paid twice yearly)

Location: Preston Brook

Start Date: 19th August 2019

Shift/Hours: Various shift patterns to choose from, including either fixed or rotational patterns, working between the hours of 8am to 9:15pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 8:15pm Saturday and 10am to 6:15pm Sunday. Example fixed shift pattern below:

Monday: 12:30 - 21:00

Tuesday: 12:30 - 21:00

Wednesday: 10:00 - 18:30

Thursday: Off

Friday: Off

Saturday: 09:00 - 17:30

Sunday: 10:00 - 18:00

Joining the Tesco Mobile team, you'll speak to customers regarding a wide range of issues, from billing and payment enquiries to data services and handset enquiries. Interested and enthusiastic, you'll listen and empathise with customers, getting to a resolution as swiftly as possible. We'll train you to deliver a service that is consistent and reliable so that each of your customers feel valued, understood and listened to.
