My Huntingdon based client are seeking an Customer service advisor for their rapidly growing national insurance company. Have you previously worked for a call centre or telephone based customer service environment?Constantly giving perfect customer service? Insurance Experience?

Key skill you will have:

* A competent level of knowledge of all Microsoft packages
* Good written, oral and communication skills
* A competent level of knowledge of the internal computer system and procedures
* Excellent communication skills
* Be approachable and helpful to management and members of staff
* Competent in Maths and English
* A collaborative and innovative approach to working

Main Responsibilities:

* Quotes/New business
* Renewals
* Mid-term adjustments/cancellations: - * Process Payments and advise clients on the different methods
* Creating Letters/memos
* Deal and mange complaints
* Daily banking reporting
* Supporting other offices with phone calls
* Daily administration tasks

This role would suit someone who has previously been in an contact centre or customer service environment looking for their next step up as an account manager/advisor.
