THE JOB


This role is only suitable for those who have filled the same role in a travel or flights contact centre and are able to relocate to Edinburgh. In this highly customer focussed position you’ll be joining a leading online booking company within their busy travel contact centre. As the Customer Service Manager, you will work closely with your team, you’ll champion great customer care, arming your team with the tools to provide efficient and empathetic customer care every time. You’ll implement policies and procedures, ensure escalated customer complaints are actioned and resolved, maximising repeat business opportunities and a first-class customer experience. You’ll play a key part in the ongoing training and development of your team to deliver a ‘get it right first-time’ service to your customers.

This position would suit a compassionate and personable, customer service professional, with flights/holidays contact centre experience.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
* Proven travel industry (flights or holidays) contact centre experience in a
managerial position is CRITICAL (only those with travel experience will be
considered)
*A compassionate, personable and driven personality
*Extensive expertise in customer service and complaints handling
*Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
*Excellent MS Office suite skills
* Ability to relocate to Edinburgh
