Page Personnel are working in partnership with a manufacturing organisation who are looking to appoint a Customer Service Manager to implement their new SAP system

Client Details

Our client is a leading global manufacturing business who import from their international sites, and export on a global scale. They are looking for a Customer Service Manager to implement their new SAP system


The Successful Customer Service Manager will be responsible for implementing a new ERP / SAP system to the business that will positively change the way the Customer Service function operates. You will ensure the system is used to maximum efficiency and decide what data / information will be used and how. Furthermore you will implement KPI's to measure the SAP system performance, and look to improve productivity where needed. As the Customer Service Manager you will build strong internal relationships with internal stakeholders to improve the way the customer service function works, build the network across other sites. Externally you will be responsible for building strong working relationships with key international clients


The Successful Candidate ;

- Expereince implementing or managing an SAP system
- Experience within a manufacturing business (desirable)
- Strong background within customer service. Ideally on an International Scale
- Continuous improvement background
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Ability to build Strong working relationships both internal & External
- Excellent communications skills

Based in Rotherham, the business has great road links via the M1. Working hours are between 08-30 & 17-00 Monday to Friday
