Join our leading Call Centre! Aesthetica Solutions is a call centre focusing on telesales with a focus on the medical and healthcare industry.

If you have a self-starting, forward thinking, growth focused personality with a sales and customer service aptitude, you will be successful in this role.

The Role:

As part of a rapidly growing team as a Call Centre Representative, your focus will be on growing our customer base and maintaining strong relationships with clients within the medical/pharma industry. You will be required to conduct both inbound and outbound calls


- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
- Accurately resolve customer questions with a high level of professionalism;
- Communicate effectively to customers regarding account information, products, pricing, promotions etc;
- Assisting customers with any issues that may arise with their account including tracking, customs, or packaging discrepancies;
- Maintaining and attracting customers by answering inbound calls for assigned clients;
- Conducting outbound calls for customer retention and new business development;
- Selling additional products by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts and explaining current products and promotions;
- Accurately maintaining call centre database;
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, making outbound calls, follow leads from existing clients, and referrals;
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion using a variety of persuasion styles and negotiation tactics;
- Meeting key performance indicators;
- Other job tasks as required.
Skill Requirements:

Work Environment:


- Office Environment
- Work hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £17,000.00 to £19,000.00 /year
