Based in a Warehouse showroom in Kendal, our client is looking for a dynamic person to drive, maintain and further sales regionally of their books and other products.

You will need to be a motivated self starter as this role is a stand-alone role, working as a part of a bigger team within their family-run business.

This is also a supportive role where you will assist the Sales Manager and Director in day to day jobs maintaining national customers.

Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, from liaising with customers both on and off-site, taking orders, promoting new stock and on trend product, picking the orders, packing and sending out orders. You will be responsible for maintaining the stock levels in the showroom.

You will be required to drive to regional customers, seek new accounts and liaise with reps.

You will need to have confidence is using word/excel/access and emails as this will form the basis for inputting orders, deliveries, returns, providing reports and communicating internally and externally.

You will receive training in our bespoke computer system and training in best practice when merchandising our products off site and other role-specific processes.
