Located near Central Milton Keynes

This is a busy role and you will be responsible for responding to multiple queries on our online platform. You need to be alert and able to respond in a timely and accurate manner. The queries and complaints will mainly be from emails. Therefore, you will need to be IT and PC literate with excellent written communication skills, along with good levels of grammar, spelling and punctuation.

Based in a our fresh new offices, this is not your typical noisy contact centre environment, and you will not be sat with a headset taking vast amounts of calls. Instead you will be empowered to make decisions and discuss these with your team as you go along with your day to day duties.

- Start date ASAP

- Working times 9.00am -5.30pm/ Monday to Friday

- Starting salary of £17,000.00 per annum
