Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you will be a key member of the Commercial team.

You will be responsible for:

Developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.

Securing outstanding payments from our tradesmen customers via telephone & email.

Negotiation of settlement figures and repayment plans.

Ultimately improving customer lifetime value.

Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Ensures all customers are successfully using the product or service they’ve purchased from the company

Aid with the development and improvement of our product by gathering feedback from customers.


To be successful in this role you’ll be an excellent communicator, with self confidence and a drive to succeed. We are looking for a results-focused individual that’s looking to join our vibrant, successful department. Being passionate about working in a team is essential!

Whilst experience working in Collections/Retention would help, it’s not a requirement.
