Our Reading based client is seeking a Customer Success Executive to joint their team.

Responsibilities


- Generate qualified opportunities across all products including existing and new customers


- Maintain a solid understanding of all areas of the company which generate revenue


- Contact businesses by telephone and email to promote products and services


- Answer customer queries through to resolution and follow up


- Clean and update customer and prospect data
