Customer Success Manager - EMEA

Online advertising, SaaS & creative advertising


Two things in advertising drive results... data & creativity. You can't have one without the other.

Having a huge amount of data is great, but without the right colors, pictures, words & message, it's worthless.


Our client helps put the two together, with a big emphasis on creativity, to make sure that brands push out the most effective advertising possible.


This platform is implemented as a SaaS, and more of their partners are starting to choose this option rather than on a campaign basis. This role is to manage the customers from adoption to delivering on their needs. This is a consultative role where the individual will influence the client in collaboration with the other internal teams.


Purpose


- Ensure clients get maximum value from their investment with the business by delivering proactive, consistent communications and first-class onboarding
- Develop strong relationships with customers, to ensure each client's use of the platform alights with the campaign strategy
- Be a product champion and evangelize the business throughout the ecosystem
- Assist clients with ad hoc issues or questions


Experience/skills


- 1-5 years experience in client-facing roles within AdTech &/or SaaS
- Experience in the creative space is a plus
- Experience either working with or for, agencies, publishers & channel partners
- A understanding/knowledge of HTML5 & creative
- Working knowledge of mobile and display advertising, with an understanding of rich media and video
