The vacancy is within a first-to-market software business that has developed a unique identity verification and document management platform, targeting various industries including Legal, Financial Services and Recruitment. They are looking to pay up to £25,000 to get ambitious, confident relationship builders on board.

Customer Success Manager role:

Taking ownership of an account base post-sale, maintaining contact and increasing engagement
Carrying out demos and training, both via webinars and face to face sessions
Dealing with incoming support queries via telephone, email and live chat
Providing the Product Team with user feedback to improve the service offering
Helping colleagues with assisting their clients as well as your ownCustomer Success Manager profile:

Candidates with experience in client-centric roles within the legal, financial services, real estate and recruitment sectors are encouraged to apply
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of managing a pipeline of customers
