Customer Support Administrator, Blandford, £21,000, Maternity Contract

You've got experience within administration and you're confident in demonstrating excellent communication skills resulting in delivering a high level of customer service. Living within working distance to Blandford, you're looking for Customer Support Administrator position within a company where value matters.

Rubicon's client is a manufacturing business. As Customer Support Administrator you'll take responsibility for data entry and analysis working within the Customer Service and Technical Department. In addition, you'll be supporting the Account Manager team with order processing and supporting customers. As Customer Support Administrator you'll benefit from free on site parking, 25 days holiday +BHs and Xmas shut down.

As Customer Support Administrator your responsibilities will include:


- Processing claims and ordering parts/products for warranty and goodwill cases
- Responding to customer emails and questions
- Support the Account Manager team
- Administration support for CRM
