Description

My client, who are in the Finance sector and based in Milton Keynes are seeking full-time Customer Service Advisors.

They are looking for individuals to share there company culture both with their customers and merchants. The primary responsibilities of this position require effective communication with customers over the phone, discussing their accounts, payment enquiries and escalating to the collections team when required. Outside of this, a core requirement is contacting customers who may be struggling to make their payments so you will need to have an empathetic nature.

About the role:


- Primarily outbound calls
- Contacting customers to discuss arrears
- Other duties as assigned by the department manager
