Our Reading based client is currently recruiting for a Customer Telesales Executive.

The Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join the existing team to create qualified opportunities for the all lines of business and sell additional modules. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to commence a career in sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES


- Generate opportunities across all products to our main customer base


- Sell small additional modules to main customer base to increase revenue


- Contact businesses by telephone and email to promote products and services


- Answer customer queries through to resolution and follow up


- Clean and update customer and prospect data


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS


- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles


- Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing


- Knowledge of banking, financial services or accounting markets


- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
