We are always learning and working hard to constantly evolve the programme each year – in order to provide you with the bestsupportandopportunityfor your first years in practice.

We have over 500 practice sites across the UK and have some fantasticopeningsat our practices for the 2020 Graduate Programme which you have up to 3 years to complete.

These are just some of the benefits of the programme

A starting salary of £31,000, rising after year one to £33,500 and then again after year two to £36,500 (plus thechanceto earnaddedbonus)

- 10 CPD days a year covering both clinical andnon-clinicalskills and tailored to your clinical role, whether it bededicatedsmall animal, farm animal or mixed practice.
- Acommittedand trained clinical buddy working alongside you in practice, with regular meetings tosupportyour transition from student to qualified vet.
- The option to complete a short elective of your choice, for example in OOHs at ourdedicatedECC centres and/or specific disciplines at one of our referral hospitals.
- Once you have completed the programme, theopportunityto mentor future graduates, undertake a fully fundedcertificate, remain where you are and continue to develop into anoutstandingGP or to pursue a different career path in referrals,laboratoriesora range of non-clinicalroles.
