- Supporting detailed analysis of data in scope for cleansing and progress made, to support presentation of issues, risks, dependencies and resources requirements to Project Board, in order to deliver cleansed data
- Providing detailed data analysis of data mapping between different legacy systems and terminology, to enable correct data extraction, migration and connectivity
- Supporting data standardisation (data design) opportunities, ensuring ‘fit for purpose’ data structures signed-off by relevant data owners in new system of records
- Delivering cleansed data in accordance to established ‘criteria & templates’, signed-off by respective data owners
- Supporting Data Migration and resolution of data migration issues
- Development of ‘technical models’ and dashboards supporting structured approach to data mapping, cleansing, design and monitoring progress
- Supporting ‘manual’ data extraction for relevant legacy systems
- Supporting maintenance of quality data post migration and/ or continuity of cleansing by project data team
- Supporting transition from project to BAU and continuous maintenance of quality data, by identifying and validating that processes, governance, controls and training materials are documented appropriately & complete CONTEXT

Our current IT database is not aligned to our OneSAP system and New Generation Products, and is consequently no longer fit for purpose. A new IT solution is urgently needed which incorporates all product categories and replaces manual repetitive tasks with robust, automated business processes. It should provide comprehensive workflows for compliance tasks at a global level, and ensure data quality, integrity and traceability for regulatory reporting purposes. Ensuring cleansed and quality data ahead of migration to new solution, is essential to project success.


- Educate to degree of computer related discipline (e.g. computer science, business information technology, data management)
- Experiencein extraction, manipulation, normalisation and aspects of data cleansing
- Understanding of data management with strong attention to data quality
- Analytical / logical approach to problem solving
- Strong analysis skills
- Ability to work quickly, applying self-management skills e.g. task management, time management
