AC PLC is currently recruiting for a Product Administrator/Data Entry or a Materials Data Entry specialist.

You will be working in an environment where the Pre-sales Department has a strong emphasis on continued development, improvement and growth in several specialities such as a Construction Estimator.

We are looking for a meticulous and methodical individual who has worked within a busy estimating or purchasing department that will enjoy working in a hard working, evolving team. The role involves uploading a large number of product lines to our in-house systems whilst cleansing existing data.

This role is permanent full time, Monday to Friday.

The role would suit people who have worked as within Data Entry, Materials Administrator, Product Data Entry, Product Data Entry, Manufacturing Administrator, Construction Administrator, Construction Data Entry

Please note: Immediate start would be preferred for this role.

Key Duties and Accountabilities

You will be required to upload product groups onto the system in a logical manner using your inquisitive nature to ensure that all materials that make up the products are listed.

You will ensure that all new materials are fully specified with relevant data sheets and coverage information available.

You will be required to interrogate the existing database and remove outdated or incorrect items.

You will assist with tender development and deal with suppliers, chasing prices and information.

Requirements of the Role

Excellent data entry, Excel, IT skills.

Previous experience of data entry or an administrative role or working with a content management system for a website.

A high level of computer literacy with experience of using a range of applications including Microsoft Office.

Experience of inputting data into a database.

Excellent English language skills (written and oral).

Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work on their own and raise any issues with line manager.

Ability to work on an activity of a repetitive nature.

Good organisational skills.
