To provide support to the IT manager in the provision of Retail Systems to our internal and external customers and assist with the Network Administration for the Company.


Retail Systems:

- Set up and maintain products on Prima Systems on a timely basis to ensure all current and available stock lines are visible

- Provide concession and shop in shop customers with product data to upload into their systems on a regular basis to ensure no dump codes are required

- Input and process weekly sales information from concessions and shop in shops as required, ensure all data validation issues are followed up and a solution put in place for future sales

- Input and process stock transfers, price changes and other data as required

- Maintain the data integrity of our Prima and other IT systems

- Developing and delivering Business Objects reports for Finance, Store Managers and Area Managers as required


- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults

- Testing and evaluating new technology, keeping current with the latest technologies

- Providing IT and Admin support to all areas of the Company

- Be familiar with all aspect of the Company systems and deputise for the IT Manager as required

Person Specification

- Previous experience in a similar role with specialism in data management would be advantageous but someone with good IT qualifications could be considered

- Good organisational skills

- Possess a logical approach to problem solving and process implementation

- Able to use own initiative and spot the need for and to implement system improvements

- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

- Good working knowledge of Excel is essential (to include macro building, data manipulations, built in and custom functions)

- Experience of Access or another relation database management system is desirable (to include ability to gather/integrate data from multiple sources, importing/exporting data, designing queries)

- Experience with the following is desirable but not essential:

- Prima Order Management

- Open Accounts

- Business Objects

- Magento

- Windows Servers 2012 and above

- Desktop - Windows 7 and above

- Microsoft Office Products - 2007 onwards
