We are pleased to be able to offer the position of Data Technician to support the Ipswich Integrated Delivery Team (IDT) in dealing with referrals; telephone calls; data entry; Reception cover; and other general office administrative duties.
You will be responsible for managing incoming calls from service users, parents and carers, referrers and other professional colleagues. You will display an exceptional understanding of customer service and outstanding communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical to this position as well as flexibility, enthusiasm and outstanding organisational skills.
You will be confident with IT; including Excel and working with databases in order to record referrals, update spreadsheets and rotas. Experience of Trust or NHS systems would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. A genuine interest or experience in healthcare or mental health would also be an advantage.
You will be working as part of a wider administrative team where you will receive support, regular supervision and appraisal.
