We have many years of experience in dealing with all aspects of HR related projects, from building reliable ROI business case models to product selection, customisation, transformation and integration.


Responsibilities A SuccessFactors Specialist, Manager will: Play an active leading role in managing pre-sales and bid activities and provides subject matter expertise in solution design, time and resource estimations and planning Develops and owns client relationships within selected industry area; Achieves sales and managed revenue targets commensurate with a Manager grade; Understands the full range of professional services that can be offered by a firm such as Deloitte and identifies opportunities for cross selling; Has experience of influencing stakeholders and sponsors, demonstrated by interpersonal excellence with all levels of seniority - from middle management to board level; Ability to reach consensus and influence the client through negotiation; Proven track record of delivering small to medium size projects through the full project lifecycle and/or programme management in a consulting environment with responsibility for at least 10 personnel; Experience in delivering projects with offshore resources Manages the adherence of all client deliverables to required legal and compliance standards; Leads a functional development area for the SuccessFactors competency e.g. SuccessFactors for Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning, Performance and Goals etc; Develops and presents thought leadership internally in Deloitte pertaining to HR in the Cloud and Digital HR; Responsible for managing small to medium sized teams of up to 15 people and effectively performing the associated people management tasks pertaining to their development, performance and work satisfaction; To have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them; have a clear understanding and support of the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture Requirements We are seeking candidates with the following: Has a strong understanding of and ability to design / architect SuccessFactors solutions and is capable of producing appropriate business HR process designs; has performed this role on at least three projects in the last 3 years SuccessFactors certified in a number of the respective modules Understands the change management effort required when enabling change (e.g. training, stakeholder management, role transitions, communications or organisational design); Has the proven ability to lead SuccessFactors projects through the full project life-cycle to successful go-live; Has specialist knowledge of at least four SuccessFactors modules; Regularly attends SAP User Groups and Events; Educated to Graduate / Postgraduate level or equivalent PRINCE2 certification would be an advantage We are Consulting Three core competency areas make up our Consulting service line: Technology Strategy & Operations Human CapitalWe exist to solve complex problemsOur consultants are renowned for their straightforward approach to solving some of the world’s largest and most complex business challenges.
