The Department for International Trade (DIT) is looking for an exceptional individual to become the Deputy Director HR, Employee Experience.
The purpose of this role is to provide strategic oversight and leadership for the development and continuous improvement of our reward, benefits and performance strategies as well as the full range of HR policies, employee engagement and resourcing.
These are priority areas for the Department and is a critical enabler for successfully recruiting, retaining and engaging our people.
This broad portfolio will give you the opportunity to work at scale and with complexity; you will need to be strategic and have confidence in your own expertise, as you balance the broader Departmental priorities against the needs of our stakeholders.
