Managing the sales team and their strategies, as Deputy General Manager you’ll bring creative and innovative ideas that maximise membership sales and retention. Your remit will also span important revenue generating services such as food and beverages. We will look to you to inspire our team to provide excellent client service. Because everything we do is about making a bigger, better difference for customers’ health and wellbeing.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you’ll bring to the role extensive relevant experience, from general management, through to sales and rolling out new business initiatives. You have a talent for leading, challenging, developing and supporting a team with a customer service focus. Commercially astute, with a high degree of financial awareness and data literacy, you recognise the important part you’ll play in supporting people’s health and wellbeing. Enthusiastic, ambitious and motivated, you’re a role model for health and fitness with the ability to inspire.
