The Eating Disorders Service provides residential care and treatment for adolescents and young adults (males and females) with eating disorders and associated comorbidities, and comprises of three homes; Althea Park House, Ashleigh House and ‘The Anchor’. Althea Park House is a CQC registered 7 bed residential home for young people age 17-24 with ‘The Anchor’ a 3 bed step-down service on site. Ashleigh House is a 6 bed house for younger people, age 13-17.

The role will be based across the whole service 0.6 FTE Althea Park House & The Anchor and 0.4 FTE Ashleigh House.

The role is to support the Registered Managers in the running of the homes and adherance with Regulatory Activities. Day to day this will include - but not be limited too - training, coaching and management of staff, monitoring performance via audit to ensure quality care, supporting recruitment and management of a budget.
