Job Title: Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD) - Nursing Home
Location: Outskirts of Birkenhead, Wirral
Salary: £35,300 per annum (£17.00 per hour) + excellent benefits
We are delighted to be recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Deputy Manage ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work in a beautiful nursing home based on the outskirts of Birkenhead, Wirral. This bright and modern purpose-built home provides residents with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This friendly service has tastefully decorated lounge areas, a library and a beautifully landscaped garden for residents to socialise and enjoy. All residents can enjoy en-suite facilities and spacious bedrooms with scenic views, ideal for relaxing and unwinding.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly and experienced Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work for a leading healthcare provider in one of their highly reputable care homes in Birkenhead, Wirral. The service provides person centred care to elderly residents and residents with dementia. Staff morale at the home is very high and the Home Manager is looking for a motivated Deputy Manager RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) work closely alongside them to ensure the smooth running of the service at all times.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism (RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is essential for this position.
