We have an exciting opportunity for a level one desktop support engineer to join a blue chip company in London for an initial 3 month contract.

Required Skills & Experience

• Software related issues
• Hardware related issues
• Printer set up and configurations
• Decommissioning of Laptops/desktops
• Network cable patching
• Server installations
• Server decommissioning
• Network troubleshooting
• New starter laptop set ups
• Wireless connectivity issues
• Liaising with service desk
• Installation of software
• Re-imaging of laptops via SCCM
• Updating asset/stock registers
• Liaising with 3rd party vendors
• General troubleshooting/problem solving
